This is a self-managed listing service. Polaris & Co Realty LLC provides flat-fee MLS PIN listing services with limited brokerage support, as defined in the listing agreement. Full representation is not included unless otherwise agreed in writing. As the listing broker, Polaris receives inquiries through MLS and relays them to the seller. Sellers are responsible for managing showings, responding to interested parties, and negotiating offers unless additional services are requested. Polaris acts as the listing broker in accordance with Massachusetts law and MLS PIN rules. Seller may choose to offer compensation to buyer agents.
